Rick Hinteregger is proud to lead our talented team of staff. With 35 years of experience in the new home building business, Rick is a wealth of information for staff and customers. Rick completed his post-secondary education in Administrative Management. He has taken many industry-related courses such as Moisture Control Technician certification and the Professional Master Builder certification. Rick is a responsible, dedicated and thoughtful leader that cares about his staff and clients like family.

Dave Hinteregger oversees all aspects of construction. He manages the company’s field staff, trades and suppliers. Dave has 30 years experience in new home building construction. Dave graduated with a post-secondary education in Construction Management. His meticulous nature, creative ability, hard-work ethic and helpful manner makes him a great role model.
