New Home Sales Consultant Position Available

Concept Homes is looking for an experienced new home salesperson to join our team.

The Opportunity

Concept Homes presently has an opening for a New Home Consultant in the subdivision of Griesbach (Alberta’s Best Community).

This consultant will represent, work with, and have the support of an established builder with a proven track record.

The Applicant

The successful applicant will be a driven individual who possess good communication and presentation skills.

Works well in a supportive team environment.

New home sales experience.

Responsibilities

Working with potential customers to present our display models and work together on stock and custom floor plans.

Assist customers through various stages throughout the new home process. From preparation of contracts, color and finishing charts, site inspections.

Meet with customers regularly and work together with construction manager on a variety of inquiries

Showhome Hours: Monday – Thursday, 2 – 8 p.m.; weekends, Noon – 5 p.m.
