It is with great pleasure that we send this email to Concept Homes. Our experience from the time we talked to Margot about building a home to the time we moved in at the end of May has been wonderful.  We did some shopping around but kept coming back to the Concept showhomes because of the quality. Your homes are top notch. We just can’t thank all of you enough for giving us our dream home. The professional, courteous manner in the way we were treated at all times during the build and after the build is truly a sign of the Master Builder you are.  Your whole team was always there for us, answering questions, assisting with plan changes, selecting colors and anything else that involved outstanding customer service.  Please give all of your trades and staff a pat on the back for quality workmanship and for making our dream home a reality.  Awesome people. Every time we walk through our door we stand, look around and say how great it feels to be home.  Thanks to all of you.
